Wood-Fired Pizza Made with Organic Sourdough
At the centre of the dining room is a wood-fired oven producing wood-fired pizza made with organic sourdough. Our dough is fermented in-house using organic flour, creating a light, flavourful crust with crisp edges and a tender interior.
